I'm really not sure if you will
be interested in this or not, but recently been exercising twice a day. I made a promise to myself to do this 4 - 6 days a week as i'm out every Thursday and weekends can be tricky as we quite often have company.
I thought a good way to keep track of my progress would be to do a weekly blogpost showing you all my progress. (It will also get me blogging more regularly which is something else i've wanted to do.)

Before
I get into the results I'll fill you in on how I exercise. some of you
may know that I use an electric wheelchair to get around so exercising isn't the easiest thing for me to do.
In order for me to get exercise I use what I call an electric hand bike. It has a number of different speeds and you can do up to 15 mins in 1 go. It records on a little screen the speed which I don't write down, the minutes, repetitions, and calories burned.
Before I continue I just wanted to add a quick disclaimer / sidenote. I'm very lucky to have some Lovely followers who always leave lovely comments. However if anyone does read this and feels the need to say something negative then please just stop reading here. This is very important to me and I personally think I've done well. If you disagree then you're entitled to your opinion but just keep it to yourself. Thanks :)
