My name is Jo I am in my 20s and officially a makeup beauty Addict. I have always loved playing with makeup. However It was at the beginning of this year that I finally discovered my passion. I first got into makeup in a big way when I searched for something on Youtube. I typed in the search and found all these girls talking about and experimenting with makeup. From that day on I was hooked. I have made a couple of really good friends on youtube who encouraged me to start blogging. So as I am unable to make videos myself here I am. Exercise Progress: Week 1

I'm really not sure if you will be interested in this or not, but recently been exercising twice a day. I made a promise to myself to do this 4 - 6 days a week as i'm out every Thursday and weekends can be tricky as we quite often have company.

I thought a good way to keep track of my progress would be to do a weekly blogpost showing you all my progress. (It will also get me blogging more regularly which is something else i've wanted to do.)
Before I get into the results I'll fill you in on how I exercise. some of you may know that I use an electric wheelchair to get around so exercising isn't the easiest thing for me to do.

In order for me to get exercise I use what I call an electric hand bike. It has a number of different speeds and you can do up to 15 mins in 1 go. It records on a little screen the speed which I don't write down, the minutes, repetitions, and calories burned.

Before I continue I just wanted to add a quick disclaimer / sidenote. I'm very lucky to have some Lovely followers who always leave lovely comments. However if anyone does read this and feels the need to say something negative then please just stop reading here. This is very important to me and I personally think I've done well.
