My name is Jo I am in my 20s and officially a makeup beauty Addict. I have always loved playing with makeup. However It was at the beginning of this year that I finally discovered my passion. I first got into makeup in a big way when I searched for something on Youtube. I typed in the search and found all these girls talking about and experimenting with makeup. From that day on I was hooked. I have made a couple of really good friends on youtube who encouraged me to start blogging. So as I am unable to make videos myself here I am. It's early days but I have some interesting things to come. If you have anything to say about any of my posts please feel free to leave a comment. Thanks Jo x

Very Quick Post: 2 Mac eyeshadows in one

Mac's Lucky green eyeshadow has been a Mac Pro item for quite a while now, however Mac recently decided to release a few of the pro shadows in Mac's regular permenant line. Of course being a Mac addict I wanted to pick up some of them. I was very good and actually only picked up one. I did have one already though (Vibrant grape, released with the style warriors collection.) I will be picking up more eventually.

In this post I will be showing you that you do not necessarily need to get Lucky Green as it can be duped if you own the two shadows shown here. By mixing Juxt and Rated R you can create an almost exact dupe for Lucky green. Unfortunately Rated R is a starflash shadow so it was limited edition with a previous collection. You may still find it in your local Cosmetics Company Outlet (CCO.) If not then I am sure Mac has other shadows similar to this colour.

Some of you may be thinking 'What if I don't have any of those...which one should I get.' If you are on a strict budget and dont mind just having the one green then just get Lucky green. It is a very pretty yellowish green colour.

However if you don't mind spending a little extra I would personally get Juxt and Rated R (or a Rated R dupe.) If I had realised Lucky Green could be duped I think I would have skipped this colour and just used the two colours. I know it's more expensive but this way You get THREE colours instead of being limited to just the one. In my opinion this is a better value for money.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed.

I just wanted to add a little 'PS' here. I know I have been away from my blog for a while and I'm sorry about that. I have been meaning to get back into blogging for quite a while as I have a lot of stuff to show you all so hopefully a lot more posts to come soon

Thanks again
